The aim of this work is the development of two coordinated ceramic suspensions based on aluminium oxide (Al2O3) and yttrium-stabilized zirconium oxide (YSZ), which can be used for the production of multi-material components by the additive manufacturing process "Material Jetting". To achieve similar application properties, both suspensions are adjusted by varying the composition of the additive systems. Printability tests are conducted to identify suitable candidates, which are characterized with regard to the quality of the printed image and the resulting positioning accuracy of individual drops. Finally, in order to validate the suitability of both suspensions for the production of multi material structures, rectangular platelets with sharp and flowing material transitions between Al2O3 and YSZ are printed and analyzed by means of SEM images.
